FW:  jive_7.3_r3666.bin

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Run auto smoke tests.
2.  Upgrade jive_7.3_r3666.bin over jive_7.3_r3476.bin.
3.  After the upgrade, notice the verifying upgrade spin wheel goes on and on and ....  This process used to be very quick.
4.  After a while, the auto tests process interupted this.  Notice after the Jive's background turned from black to green, the spin wheel still went on for about 2 seconds before the Jive goes into PlayMode tests.
