the home page title says nil rather than the name of my player, even though the player is accessible and can be controlled.  going through a select player cycle restore the player name to the title.

(Note - this is another controller foul state bug.  something is rotten in controller/SC protocol state maintenance, I fear.) 

I doubt I can reproduce this, although it may be related to server restarts.
