Michael to localise as per http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=56697&page=4 post 31

Note - I am not sure I like the desc text being hidden and only available on mouseover as this means the links are no longer available, but I have kept it for the moment for you to comment.

added DE/FR to 7.3 (should cover about 90% of the user base). The other languages will have to wait for the next translation pass.

With the latest translation update all languages now have that link.
