When navigating menus that have a delay, the > doesn't spin like it does on the SBC.

as of r4012 there is an animation when in this state, now specified not as a rotating arrow but as a "spinny", a la what you see during firmware updates.

What you see in r4012 is my hacked graphics, which is just a placeholder. A final graphic treatment will be installed at a later date.

This bug can close now though-
