It would be great if there were a mode in the playlist view that allowed drag-n-drop reordering.  

I suggest that we add an edit button at the top, which then:

1.  Changes the title bar to "Editing Playlist" from "Playlist"
2.  Changes "Edit" button to "Done"
3.  Puts an X on each item on the right side, which deletes the item from the playlist.
4.  Makes dragging on an item move it in the list (instead of scroll)
