Description KDF 2005-03-11 23:03:41 UTC
currently for both SB2 and SBG the player settings->display gives a choice of
fonts that lists the complete contents of the Graphics directory. SBG doesn't
support the hires fonts, so they should not be listed.

This isn't a crasher, since the selection of such a font is accepted happily.
the player display simply renders very large, wrapped and doubled.

I notice something like this with Softsqueeze as well. I only seems to work
with the "light", "standard", and "full" fonts. When "Small", "Medium",
"Large", or "Huge" are select the display doubles up in a funky way (although
this may be a transient Softsqueeze bug).

those old style fonts are low res and are not yet supported by the new hires
softsqueeze. this is reported as bug 1019

Vidur - reassigning to you, since it's really part of bug 1019
Comment 4 Blackketter Dean 2005-03-13 20:47:09 UTC
I'll take both.

You can now only choose fonts that are designed for sb or sb2. Should be fixed in the next nightly.
Please confirm! Thanks.
