Description Dan Evans 2008-12-23 14:31:28 UTC
Customer reports that with the release of Falco he can no longer access many internet radio options. On his Controller, when he selects Home > Internet Radio > More Radio it frequently displays, "EMPTY." At other times, he will get the next level of submenus, but selecting any of those menu items reveals, "EMPTY".

His words: (081220-000953)

"It takes several tries pushing various options before I get any Shoutcast menus and when I do, there is no content at all and under the menus it says EMPTY. So, yes, I am basically having difficulties even getting any content from the menu selections under More radio and when I finally jump through hoops and get to where I can access any content, the sub menus [for example] "Most Popular Stations", etc. are all empty. There used to be many many choices under each of those choices and now zilch. This goes the same for the other choices under more radio too. The only reason I am getting anything from Shoutcast is because I had saved some Favorites prior to all the menu structure changes."

Note: I have seen this once on my own Controller, on Dec. 19, while trying to test this customer's issue. The "More Radio" menu appeared as "EMPTY".

Andy: What if any logging should we turn on to track this issue?

I am unable to replicate this with current SqueezeNetwork and SBC 7.3r3476

Please reopen if you still see issues.

Marking SqueezeNetwork bugs as closed. The latest version, r5879/r25112 should have fixed this issue. If you still experience the listed problem please feel free to reopen the bug.
