The customer says he has a premium account with Sirius, however SN is not accepting that account.
I forwarded the customer’s information to Andy.
Andy found something unusual about the customer’s account.
Andy was getting a message that says "AccountStatus" field.
Andy was going to check with Sirius, but no feedback yet.

Now we have five customers suffering from this issue.

Can you provide a couple details?  Was this on Sirius' end of things?  Ours?

Has the fix been made live yet?

It's a bug on the Sirius side but I have added a workaround, it's live.

This bug has been fixed in the latest release of SqueezeNetwork!
