Description Felix Mueller 2008-12-15 03:16:46 UTC
With valid SN credentials in place and 'SqueezeNetwork Integration' set to 'disabled', player names (maybe other settings too) are syncd down from SN to SC for players which also have been connected to SN directly at one point.

If I remove SN credentials and leave SN integration disabled, I get the following errors in SC log:

[08-12-15 11:52:18.0135] Slim::Networking::SqueezeNetwork::PrefSync::_syncDown_error (359) Sync Down failed: A SqueezeNetwork account is required for this service. Please access SqueezeCenter Settings -> SqueezeNetwork with a web browser to configure., will retry in 72

No assignment without a target ;-)
Comment 2 Michael Herger 2008-12-16 02:45:53 UTC
change 24324 - don't sync prefs unless option is enabled; always re-initialize SN communication when changing SN credentials or sync pref

This bug has been fixed in the 7.3.1 release version of SqueezeCenter!

Please download the new version from http://www.slimdevices.com/su_downloads.html if you haven't already.

If you are still experiencing this problem, feel free to reopen the bug with your new comments and we'll have another look.
