And remove SoftSqueeze

It would be good to get this in soon so that folks get used to it being included.

For both platforms they should be included as standard desktop applications.  (Mac: Applications folder, for example.)

Shortcuts to launching the apps should be in the Mac preference pane and the Windows tool tray icon, as well as the start menu subfolder.

Seth doesn't see this happen in 8.0

We should probably make it an App :-)
