The MP3 metadata delay is both decoder + output buffer, because the metadata is processed immediately upon receipt of the metadata packets.

However, WMA metadata is not processed until decoding, so the delay should only be equal to the output buffer length.

This bug has been fixed in the 7.3.1 release version of SqueezeCenter!

Please download the new version from http://www.slimdevices.com/su_downloads.html if you haven't already.
