In all UIs: SN, SC, SP...

Let's retire the term Player as much as possible.

Is this not up to Matt and Brain to decide? We don't want to change this now, and again later.

Also "Player" was used to include Transporter. I have Squeezebox would be better, but just remembering why that term was originally used.

We ended up keeping "Choose Player..."
