When the SBC is part of a sync group attached to SN, it can take up to 30 seconds to change the 'now playing' information when the Source changes.

Clear the playlist
Using either Player UI, SBC UI, or WEB UI start a stream
Watch the SBC and notice it takes ~30sec to update

Change source of playing stream (WEB UI or Player UI)
Watch the SBC and notice it doesn't update right away.

This happens when SC is set to NONE or NowPlaying

It appears the SBC I was using lost connection to it's attached player, that was causing the errors.
