As quoted from Release Notes 7.3
"New LineOut plugin to control Boom "Headphone + SUB OUT" jack modes. Allows placement of Line Out menu item to Boom or SqueezeCenter home menu."

When enabling this plug-in via SC, I see the option on the Web UI home Menu under Extra, and on the Boom UI under Extra

I do not see it on SP/SBC Player UI when BOOM is the selected player

Changed Release Notes to read "...Extras Menu" from Home Menu

this is an administrative shuffle on priority fields to help make better judgment on the top end of the priority list. P4->P5, P3->P4, and P2->P3.
