Bugzilla – Bug 10254
flac files with embedded cuesheet have no track list in "Music Folder"
Last modified: 2012-02-23 01:20:58 UTC
Created attachment 4404 [details] example of flac file with embedded cue sheet Flac files with embedded cue sheet are empty in "Music Folder" view. Track list is available through "Album" or "Artist" view. To reproduce: 1) rescan library for attached file (example) 2) click on .flac file in "Music Folder" view
Boni: I am unable to see this error with SC 7.3, can you please try that version then post in this bug report if the issue is still present. Also, what OS version do you run SC on?
My SC run on both Windows XP and Linux (Synology). With SC 7.3-24259 is everything OK.
I'm sorry I was too quick in my previous post. With SC 7.3-24259 is this issue still present (at least on Linux)

Of course, I always do "Clear Library and rescan" to check this bug. It is still present in SC 7.3 - 24273 on Windows XP as you can see in attached printscreen files.

I think this bug does not depend on #9970. #9970 is related to LARGE flac files with EXTERNAL cue sheets, this bug is related to ALL flac files with EMBEDDED cue sheets. Shouldn't it be separated bug?
This appears to be a regression of bug 2752.
We are now planning to make a 7.3.3 release. Please review your bugs (all marked open against 7.3.3) to see if they can be fixed in the next few weeks, or if they should be retargeted for 7.4 or future. Thanks!
Since there's now a planned 7.3.3 release, bugs which won't make the cut-off are being moved to the next target out. If you feel that this bug needs to be addressed more (or less) urgently than the 7.4 release, please cc chris@slimdevices.com and leave a comment in the bug to that effect so we can review it. Thanks.
For some reason Bugzilla did not change the target when I did this yesterday. Or maybe it was me. In either case, I'm trying it again.
Moving 7.4 bugs to 8.0.
