Make it easy to remove all plugins that have been installed.

change 24235 - adding a "check all" checkbox

Michael - seems to work fine except when there is only one item which can be removed.  In this case it doesn't cause the checkbox to be selected.

This bug has been fixed in the 7.3.0 release version of SqueezeCenter!

Please download the new version from http://www.slimdevices.com/su_downloads.html if you haven't already.
