Using the SBC to control the SB3, if I use the IR remote to switch the SB3 from SC 7.3 to Production.SN, the controller does not switch.

Controller has 7.3r3437

Using the SB3 UI to switch from SC>SN will result in the SBC giving a bounce

Power Cycle did not resolve the issue, I still get the bounce.

Ben: I am able to repro this, what logs on the SBC do you want me to set to debug?

This only happens with an SB3.  Boom / Transporter / SB2 moved from 7.3 SC -> SN and back are OK.

Tested 3 different SB3's all with firmware r119
