The Extension Downloader knows that some of the plugins discovered from repositories have been manually installed (in my \server\Plugins folder), and thus I would need to manually uninstall before downloading with the extension downloader.

However, the Author and version information are not reported for those installed plugins.

It would also be useful to show the currently installed version, and the version available from the repositry.
