After scanning the music library some files will not show the correct tagging information.
 
For example, a file with the title,

Hyvää ja kaunista

After scanning will show as 

Hyvהה ja kaunista

Customer was able to fix this problem on SC 7.1 following the instructions on this link

However after upgrading to SC 7.2.1 the problem has appeared again and he is not able to fix it this time. 

Operating system is Debian Linux.
Language is      Finnish

Just one more instance of character set detection dark magic failure. Marking as a dupe. Please follow up on bug 5686. Thanks.
