Seeing duplicate items in extras menu.

To reproduce:
1) Select extras
2) Press-hold left
3) select the same player
4) enter extras ( duplicate entries appear here)

Note: Probably unrelated: In SqueezeCenter, I had just enabled "OPML editor" which said it would create squeezecenter only extras item.

Makign P1 since I believe if this still exists that it is a systemic issue that 
would come up elsewhere.
